Pastoral Care
We are committed to caring for members of the Christ Church community and any others who are called to our attention. Listed below are some of the ways we reach out to people and care for one another. In an emergency, see the previous page for contact information.
- Prayer Tree. We have a large group of folk who pray regularly for those on our prayer list. Requests for prayer are distributed by e-mail and telephone to members of the prayer tree. If you would like to add a name to those for whom prayers are offered, just call the parish office or send us an email using the "Contact Us" form.
- Pastoral Counseling is offerd both by our parish clergy and/or the Miami Valley Pastoral Counseling Center. Contact our priest, The Rev. John Paddock, for an appointment or referral.
- Hospital, Nursing Home, and Home Visits are made by clergy and lay visitors. Contact the parish office or the priest.
- Lay Eucharistic Visitors take the sacrament of Holy Communion to share with those who cannot attend the worship at the church. Contact the parish office.
- Want to talk about a difficult decision, work out an appropriate reponse to a troubled friend, or reflect on your spiritual life? Give us a call.
